Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. However, due to the pandemic some products are either out of stock or on backorder and is indicated on the product page. If you place an order, we will assume that you have decided to place the order and wait for your product to be shipped as indicated. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipping:
If your order is in stock, we process the charges to your credit card. Most purchases ship within 1 to 3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Free Shipping Guarantee:
In addition to our lowest price guarantee, we’re pleased to offer free ground shipping on orders over $90 within the contiguous US. A flat shipping fee of $10.00 is charged for orders less than $90. Exclusions may apply.

For expedited shipping or shipping to locations outside of the contiguous US, contact us for a quote or chat with us online. Free Shipping does not apply to returns and is only applicable when you keep the product.

If you need to return your item, you are responsible for shipping the product back to the manufacturer and for the original shipping cost to you that will be deducted from the refund. This does not apply to exchanges.International orders are available. Please call or message for a quote. Shipping, taxes and fees applicable to your country will be provided in a quote.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@terraairpurifiers.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Important Warranty/Installation Information

All Crystal Quest water filtration systems should be installed by a qualified, licensed plumber.

Not using the service of a licensed plumber will void warranty. Terra Air assumes no liability whatsoever for systems improperly installed or those installed by anyone other than a qualified licensed plumber.

CRYSTAL QUEST® warrants your CRYSTAL QUEST® Water Filter Systems for one year from the date of purchase (except replacement filters ) against all defects in materials and workmanship, when used in compliance with the Use and Care Manual.

CRYSTAL QUEST® disclaims all implied warranties, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If the product proves to be defective within one year from the date of purchase after an RMA number has been issued, ship the unit to CRYSTAL QUEST® and the entire system will be repaired or replaced without charge or your money will be refunded. Please package your unit carefully to avoid damage in transit. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights which vary from state to state. Terra Air assumes no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages; for damages arising out of the misuse of the product or the use of any unauthorized attachment.

Returns on all media are not permitted. 

The recommended time for cartridge replacement for this units is every 12 to 18 months (UF Membrane Filter Cartridge18-36 months lifetime expectancy.) Please refer to user manual for cartridge details.

However, the best way to know when you’re due for a filter change is to observe your water pressure. When your pressure begins to drop, you need to change the filter. After the filter has captured enough sediment, water will struggle to pass through the filter at the same flow rate, causing water pressure to decrease. At this point, you’ve maximized the holding capacity for the filter and it should be changed (or cleaned, if you have a pleated filter). If you do not change it, the filter will become so burdened with dirt and debris that water will altogether cease to flow through it.

1,000,000 capacity equals 1-3 bathrooms
1,500,000 capacity equals 2-4 bathrooms

Our Leak Detector Valve is used to detect a water leak within a water filter system and shuts down the water supply to prevent flooding

If you are concerned about microorganisms, installing a 12 GPM UltraViolet Water Sterilizer is an additional option. This was specifically designed to meet the demanding microorganism control concern. These microorganisms can range from bacteria and viruses to algae and protozoa. A major advantage of UV treatment is that it is capable of disinfecting water faster than chlorine without cumbersome retention tanks and harmful chemicals to your drinking water.

What is Smart Media?
This is our special blend of house media with 2 types of coconut-shell GAC with 2 types of Eagle Redox Alloys and anion exchange resin. This blend effectively removes heavy metals, chlorine, chloramine, pesticides and herbicides, pharmaceutical by-products and other inorganic substances such as petroleum byproducts.

Crystal Quest's SMART Multimedia has been tested and certified to meet California's Proposition 65 Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act to ensure there is no leak back of aluminum, antimony, and arsenic.
