Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage DO NOT accept delivery.
Return Requirements
• To be eligible for returns, all returns must be inquired within 30 days of the original purchase. Please contact us at returns@terraairpurifiers.com and we will get a claim started.
• Shipping charges for your original order and for the return are not refundable unless the item is defective or damaged in shipment. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
• All product must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging. All accessories originally shipped with your order must be included with the return.
Please note: Replacement air and water filters, and other related accessory orders are final sale and not eligible for returns. Because of health and safety concerns of possible contamination with bacteria and other pollutants.
