Cancellations & Refund Policy
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage DO NOT accept delivery.
• To be eligible for returns, all returns must be inquired within 30 days of the original purchase. Please contact us at email@example.com and we will get a claim started.
• Shipping charges for your original order and for the return are not refundable unless the item is defective or damaged in shipment. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
• All product must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging. All accessories originally shipped with your order must be included with the return.
Please note: Replacement air and water filters, and other related accessory orders are final sale and not eligible for returns. Because of health and safety concerns of possible contamination with bacteria and other pollutants.
• We will respond within 1-5 business days with instructions on how to proceed including providing you the Return Shipping label and the Return Authorization number.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Include a note with the Return Authorization number and a brief description for the reason of return.
Issues with shipment:
Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be provided and all inquiries about delivery issues must be handled with the shipping carrier. Terra Air holds no responsibility for damages in shipping/ issues with shipping.
• Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Net refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
• Product warranty varies by product, please check your products specific warranty details
• There is never a restocking or shipping fee on defective products
• The product must not be physically damaged. Misuse or abuse will void warranty coverage.
• The product may either be repaired or replaced based on the manufacturer’s discretion.
• Warranty period begins with purchase date.
Cancellations & Refunds:
For cancellations, the request must happen before the item has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
